This 6-week immersion blends classical Ayurveda, subtle body yoga, and Śākta Tantrik practice to offer a full-spectrum training for yoga teachers, Ayurvedic counselors, and healing arts practitioners. We explore how to apply Ayurvedic lifestyle tools, tongue/face reading, doshic logic, and yogic therapeutics within a ritual and spiritual framework informed by Śrī Vidyā and the worship of the Divine Feminine.
Students will learn how to:
Design Ayurveda-informed yoga classes rooted in śakti and subtle body energetics
Create client protocols that address prakṛti, vikṛti, season, and spiritual alignment
Weave mantra, mudrā, bhāvana (visualization), and yogic kriyā into Ayurvedic class design
Explore the Devi's path through your own sādhanā, with tools drawn from Śrī Vidyā Tantra
Use seasonal cleansing, dinacharya, prāṇāyāma, and restorative yoga as gateways to awakening
