Sample Daily Flow (KAP Retreat)

Morning Session (9:00–12:30)

  • Grounding breath + somatic scanning

  • Core KAP practices: breath optimization, subtle energy circulation,
    kundalini amplification & stabilization

  • Guided entry into absorption/samādhi (without strain)

  • Debrief + journaling

Midday (12:30–2:00)

  • Nourishing meal

  • Silent walk / reflection prompts (integration of intuitive + logical mind)

Afternoon Session (2:00–5:00)

  • Energy literacy labs:
    differentiating kundalini from prāṇa/qi, balancing ascending/descending currents

  • Practices for emotional release + spontaneous positive state cultivation

  • Partner/solo exploration: navigating mundane + sublime simultaneously

  • Closing mantra, nidra, or deep relaxation

Evening (Optional)

  • Quiet integration period

  • Dream incubation / journaling for intuition cultivation

FAQs

Is this the same as Kundalini Yoga?
No. KAP here refers to the Morris Methods lineage, centering physiology-based somatic practices to awaken and integrate Kundalini, rather than a set series of kundalini yoga kriyas.

Will I be pushed into intense states?
No. We focus on safe amplification + immediate stabilization. You learn to steer, not white-knuckle.

Do I need a belief system?
No. The method is secular and cross-cultural; bring your own background as you are.

What if I’ve had difficult Kundalini symptoms?
You’ll learn specific balancing practices and pacing strategies. If your situation is acute, we may recommend 1:1 preparation first.

What happens after the retreat?
You’ll leave with a 40-minute home protocol and integration plan; optional group call and 1:1s support your continuity
