“I was unsure if I could accomplish a long held desire to complete a yoga teacher training and am so glad I went for it! Justine’s ability to teach in a supported, interesting and fun style was so helpful to bring out the yoga teacher in all of us. She generously shares her wealth of knowledge in yoga and the connection to Ayurveda which I can apply in my personal life and practice for balancing the doshas. I appreciated the flexibility of the online option but it was really nice to be in the comfort of the Mendocino Shala with the other students learning together. Thanks justine!”
