Full Moon Circle & Sound Bath
Circle, Sound Bath & Gentle Yoga with Breathwork
The full moon rises in Anurādhā — the nakshatra of devoted friendship, inner alliance, and the slow, faithful work of the heart. Ruled by Mitra, the deity of covenant and reciprocity, Anurādhā asks: Where have you been loyal to what matters? Where have you been loyal to yourself?
This is not a moon for striving. It is a moon for arriving.
Join us at The Shala — and online — for a full moon gathering woven from sound, breath, and gentle movement. We'll open the circle with teaching on Anurādhā nakshatra and her gifts, then move through a slow yoga practice designed to soften the nervous system and draw prana inward. Nādī śodhana and rhythmic breathwork will settle the mind into receptive stillness before we close with a live sound bath to carry the lunar energy home into the body.
The evening includes:
Nakshatra teaching on Anurādhā — her mythology, qualities, and what she's asking of you this cycle
Gentle yoga practice (accessible to all levels)
Breathwork: nādī śodhana and pranayama for full-moon integration
Live sound bath for somatic settling and lunar attunement
Moon circle close — intention, reflection, community
Whether you're at The Shala in Mendocino or joining from wherever the moon finds you, this is your invitation to stop, gather, and be held.
