Karṇa Pūraṇa & Pāda Abhyaṅga

"Rooting the Winter Body" — ears, jaw, feet. The two ends of the vāta body, warmed and weighted.

Śrotra is the sense-field of vāyu, and the ear is where the cold season gets in: ringing, jaw clench, the low-grade wind in the head that won't settle. Karṇa pūraṇa appears in the classical daily regimen for exactly this. Pairing it with pāda abhyaṅga closes the circuit — head and feet, the two most marma-dense surfaces — and gives the session a strong downward vector. This is also the cleanest place in the series to let Tibetan Cranial work at the temporal bones sit inside an Ayurvedic frame rather than beside it.
