Who is this training for?
General Public: All who are open and curious are welcome to attend this nervous system reset intensive. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary! Each practice will be suitable for any level, ability, age, etc. This workshop will be very useful for:
Those who are seeking wellness from stress, injury, and/or disease
Psychologists, hospice workers, those who work with troubled youth, etc.
Yoga teachers who would like to learn more about the roots, practice, and goals of calming the nervous system to share with private clients and/or in group classes

Learn 6 healing sounds to transform emotions by working with embodied neural programing
Learn yin wei breathing techniques to get unstuck, process and digest feelings, ideas, energy, food & breath
Experience Sanskrit Mantras and Sound Patterns that Alleviate Negative Emotions

1-3pm Rapid relief from embodied stress, tension & disease
An introduction to the somatic areas of stress associated with pathways of emotional, mental and physical stagnation, and gentle movements to release, harmonize, and relax them.
Mantra & sound currents for clearing heavy energies from the body and from the mind. Cord cutting & Tantrik shadow work.
