In this immersive daylong workshop, we will explore practical tools to help the nervous system move out of survival mode and into states of resilience, connection, and vitality.
Drawing from polyvagal theory, somatic practices, breathwork, and embodied awareness, this experience offers both education and guided practice to support deep nervous system healing.

• How the autonomic nervous system shapes stress, mood, and health
• Understanding the fight, flight, freeze, and shutdown responses
• Polyvagal principles of safety, regulation, and social engagement
• Breath and somatic practices that help the body shift out of survival states
