Punarvasu — the return of light, the homecoming of the wanderer — is the nakṣatra of restoration. Ruled by Aditi, the boundless mother of space, and held by Jupiter's expansive grace, this is the nakṣatra that knows how to begin again without losing what it has learned.
The New Moon in Punarvasu arrives as an invitation: to release what you've been carrying through the dark, and to let the body remember its own rhythm.
In this 75-minute circle, we move through three doorways:
Sound — crystal bowls, overtone, and sacred resonance to settle the nervous system and open the inner ear.
Breath — guided prāṇāyāma to clear the channels and resource the body from the inside out.
Movement — somatic, lunar, and gentle — an unfolding rather than a practice. Let the body say what it knows.
Together, these three complete a full cycle: clearing, receiving, integrating. You will leave more yourself than when you arrived.
