New Moon Circle – Uttara Bhadrapada
March 18 · 5:30–7:00 PM
The Shala (in person & livestream online)

The New Moon in Uttara Bhadrapada Nakshatra invites us into a quieter and more contemplative space — a time for deep listening, release, and spiritual grounding.

This lunar mansion is associated with the serpent of the deep waters and the wisdom that emerges when we slow down and allow the unconscious to speak. Rather than pushing forward, Uttara Bhadrapada encourages us to settle, reflect, and reconnect with deeper purpose.

In this New Moon Circle we will gather for an evening of gentle ritual, reflection, breath, and sound. Together we create a space where the nervous system can soften and intention can arise from a place of stillness rather than urgency.

Our circle may include:

• Myth and Jyotish insight into Uttara Bhadrapada
• Breath and gentle somatic practice
• Intention setting for the lunar cycle
• Ritual and reflection
• Sound and integration

Moon circles at the Shala are a time to step out of the rush of daily life and reconnect with the rhythms of the cosmos, the body, and community.

All are welcome.
