Full Moon Circle – Hasta Nakshatra & Hanuman Jayanti
April 1 · 5:30–7:00 PM
The Shala + Online
The Full Moon in Hasta Nakshatra illuminates the power of the hands — our capacity to create, bless, heal, and shape the world through conscious action.
Hasta is associated with skill, craftsmanship, and sacred service, reminding us that the smallest gestures — a prayer, a touch, a moment of devotion — can transform the field around us.
This full moon also coincides with Hanuman Jayanti, the celebration of Hanuman, the great embodiment of devotion, courage, and strength in service of the divine. Hanuman represents the union of power and humility, reminding us that true strength arises through devotion and alignment with purpose.
In this Full Moon Circle we will gather to explore the themes of skillful action, devotion, and heart-centered strength.
Our evening may include:
• Myth and Jyotish insight into Hasta Nakshatra
• Reflection on the story and symbolism of Hanuman
• Breath and gentle somatic practice
• Mantra and intention setting
• Sound and integration
Moon circles at the Shala offer a space to reconnect with the rhythms of the cosmos, the body, and community.
